About
Tondgooyan faculty (AIT):
At first a set
called Abadan Institute of Technology began to work in 1318
(1962 M) in its presently location for training professional
humen power to work in Abadan Refinery co. In
1335 (1979 M) AIT started to work by programme generad
engineering.The students of this period included no the only
employees in oil industry ,but also some of the foreigner
students who was entering in this faculty per year.The licence
which was given to students had been acepted and known as
worldwide licence. After
Islamic reovlution and Iran-Iraq war ,AIT began to work with
name of "Tondgooyan faculty"and became a part of
Petroleum University of Technology (http://www.put.ac.ir). Oil
engineering (Exploration, Drilling, Production, Reservior
,Safty & Inspection) ,Polymer engineering are prsently
courses in AIT. |
